1. 1. Civil violation A person commits a civil violation if that person violates:

   1. A. Chapter 521;

   2. B. Chapter 523; or

   3. C. Chapter 527.

2. 2. Penalty A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $50 may be adjudged for each colony in violation of chapter 521, 523 or 527.
