1. 1. Classification The land and water area within the Saco River Corridor shall be classified by the commission according to the following land and water use districts:

   1. A. Resource protection;

   2. B. Limited residential; and

2. 2. Use Within each of these districts, the possible uses of land and water shall be divided into the following 3 categories:
