Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 33, § 479-B (2025)
Uniformity of application and construction
PL 1985, c. 395, §3 (NEW).
This subchapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws with respect to the subject of the subchapter among states enacting it.
