In addition to the grounds enumerated in Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A, paragraph A, the department may deny a license, refuse to renew a license or impose the disciplinary sanctions authorized by Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A for:

1. 1. Misrepresentations Misrepresentation of any material fact relating to the terms or conditions of sale;

2. 2. False impressions Creation of an impression that is false or that the transient seller of consumer merchandise does not believe to be true; or

3. 3. False promises Promising of performance that the transient seller of consumer merchandise does not intend to perform or believes will not be performed.
