1. 1. Content A recycler license must specify:

   1. A. The location of each established place of business and other locations occupied in conducting business;

   2. B. The effective and expiration dates of the license; and

2. 2. Display The license must be conspicuously displayed at each established place of business or other location occupied in conducting business.
