1. 1. Illegal deposit or possession No person may deposit or have in that person's possession any liquor:

   1. A. With intent to sell the liquor in the State in violation of law;

   2. B. With intent that the liquor be sold in the State in violation of law by any person; or

   3. C. With intent to aid or assist any person in an illegal sale.

2. 2. Penalties A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
