The wholesale spirits provider and each principal officer of the wholesale spirits provider may not hold or possess:

1. 1. Agency liquor store license An agency liquor store license;

2. 2. License to manufacture spirits A license in this State or another state to manufacture spirits; or

3. 3. Direct financial interest in prohibited license A direct financial interest in a license described in subsection 1 or 2, except that a minor investment in not more than 1% of the securities of a business entity holding a license described in subsection 1 or 2 does not constitute a financial interest prohibited by this subsection.
