As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1. 1. Department "Department" means the Department of Labor.

2. 2. Nontraditional occupation "Nontraditional occupation" means:

   1. A. For a female participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are females according to the United States Department of Labor; and

   2. B. For a male participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are males according to the United States Department of Labor.
