Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 23, § 5189 (2025)
New corporation may buy right of redemption
PL 1987, c. 141, §A4 (NEW).
Any corporation formed under this chapter by the holders of railroad bonds may acquire, by purchase, the right of redemption under the mortgage securing the bonds.
