Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 22, § 4057 (2025)
Termination orders of other states
PL 1979, c. 733, §18 (NEW).
If parental rights have been terminated by judicial order in another state, the order, unless against the public policy of this State, shall be accorded full faith and credit.
