Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 17-A, § 551 (2025)

Bigamy

PL 1975, c. 499, §1 (NEW).

1. A person is guilty of bigamy if, having a spouse, he intentionally marries or purports to marry, knowing that he is legally ineligible to do so.
