The courts are responsible for:

1. 1. Complete information Maintaining bench warrants with information that is as complete as possible and that maximizes the likelihood that the bench warrants will be successfully executed;

2. 2. Single transmission Transmitting only one set of data for each instance of a bench warrant's issuance and maintaining an audit record of each transmission; and

3. 3. Recall notice Immediately transmitting an electronic notice of recall to the Maine State Police when a bench warrant is recalled.
