Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 10, § 1166 (2025)
Unfair or deceptive trade practice
PL 1985, c. 220, §6 (NEW).
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered prima facie evidence of an unfair or deceptive trade practice under Title 5, chapter 10.
