As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1. 1. Personal information "Personal information" means information about a natural person that readily identifies that specific person.

2. 2. Public entity "Public entity" means:

   1. A. The Legislature;

   3. C. A state agency or authority;

   4. D. The University of Maine System, the Maine Maritime Academy and the Maine Community College System;

   5. E. A county, municipality, school district or any regional or other political or administrative subdivision; and

   6. F. An advisory organization established, authorized or organized by law or resolve or by executive order issued by the Governor.
