1. A. The owner of a skills-based amusement device shall register with the Commission every other year if the device awards prizes other than the award of free play.

2. B. A person required to register shall provide in a manner specified by the Commission:

   1. (1) The name and address of owner of the device;
   2. (2) The address of the location where the device is operated;

   3. (3) A total count of the devices in operation with an indication whether the device is:

      1. (a) A redemption device;
      2. (b) A merchandiser device; or
      3. (c) Another type of skills-based amusement device;
   4. (4) Evidence of payment of admissions and amusement taxes as authorized under Tax General Article, Title 4, Annotated Code of Maryland; and
   5. (5) Any additional information required by the Commission.

3. C. For each device registered under this chapter, the Commission shall:

   1. (1) Issue a registration certificate; and
   2. (2) Issue a sticker for each device.
4. D. The owner of a skills-based amusement device required to register under this chapter shall affix the registration sticker to the device in a location visible to inspection.
5. E. An owner registered under this regulation may operate skills-based amusement devices in accordance with this subtitle.
