1. A. The application documents shall state whether the applicant, a director, officer, or partner of the applicant, or an owner of 5 percent or more of an interest in the applicant:

   1. (1) Has ever held an ownership interest in a licensee of the Commission; or
   2. (2) Is currently engaged in the business of gaming in another state, and the nature and extent of that involvement.
2. B. The applicant shall describe the nature of participation stated under §A of this regulation.
