1. A. The Commission may, at any time, revoke an approval granted to equipment, a system, or software under Regulation .03, .04 or .05 of this chapter on a determination by the Commission that the equipment, system, or software does not comply with:

   1. (1) State Government Article, §9-1A, Annotated Code of Maryland, and this subtitle;
   2. (2) The technical standards enumerated in any Request for Proposals issued by the Commission pertaining to the equipment, system, or software, as amended or clarified; and

   3. (3) The central monitor and control system communication protocol designated by the Commission including the ability to communicate with the central monitor and control system on a real time basis for:

      1. (a) Meter retrieval; and

      2. (b) Video lottery terminal:

         1. (i) Status; and
         2. (ii) Activation and deactivation.
2. B. The Commission may, at any time, impose additional conditions on the operation or placement of Commission-approved equipment, systems, or software.
3. C. A revocation by the Commission of an approval under §A of this regulation does not give rise to an appeal right.
