1. A. Drawings.

   1. (1) Except for a raffle, drawings shall occur at least once a week.

   2. (2) Winning game data may be drawn by:

      1. (a) Mechanical drawing equipment;
      2. (b) A random number generator; or
      3. (c) Another random method or device approved by the Director.
   3. (3) The game data selected during a drawing shall be the winning game data for that drawing.

2. B. Draw Game Tickets.

   1. (1) A draw game ticket shall be generated through the use of a terminal or a subscription purchase.

   2. (2) The draw game ticket shall include the:

      1. (a) Game data played;
      2. (b) Amount played;
      3. (c) Ticket serial number;
      4. (d) Additional ticket security codes;
      5. (e) Barcode with an encoded serial number and data to permit scanning of the ticket; and
      6. (f) Drawing date or, if the ticket is for multiple drawings, the range of drawing dates or numerical designation for a drawing.

3. C. Monitor Games.

   1. (1) The results of a monitor game drawing may be displayed on the games monitor.
   2. (2) A retailer may require use of a playslip or an ePlayslip for monitor games.

4. D. Consumer Game Information.

   1. (1) The Agency shall provide information about:

      1. (a) Draw games; and
      2. (b) Multi-jurisdictional games with draw game tickets.

   2. (2) As determined by the Agency, consumer game information shall explain the:

      1. (a) Game;
      2. (b) Game play; and
      3. (c) Play of optional features.
   3. (3) The Agency may provide consumer game information on its website, mobile app, or in any other location, as determined by the Agency.
5. E. To determine if a draw game ticket is a winning ticket, a player may present the ticket to a retailer, a PAT, the Agency, or an application or platform provided by the Agency.
