1. A. For the purpose of networking the electronic pollbooks, each early voting center shall have a broadband network connection that:

   1. (1) Is used only for early voting; and
   2. (2) Meets the requirements established by the State Administrator.
2. B. The network connection at each early voting center shall be tested in accordance with instructions issued by the State Administrator.
