1. A. In General. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

   1. (1) “Affiliated political action committee” has the meaning stated in Election Law Article, §§13-242 and 13-243, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   2. (2) “Employee membership entity” has the meaning stated in Election Law Article, §13-242, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   3. (3) “Membership entity” has the meaning stated in Election Law Article, §13-243, Annotated Code of Maryland.
