1. A. Required Reporting — Central Committee. The central committee of a political party making the coordinated expenditure shall report on a campaign finance report the name of the candidate that received the in-kind contribution.

2. B. Required Reporting — Candidate Committee. The authorized candidate campaign committee shall report on a campaign finance report:

   1. (1) The name of the central committee of the political party that made the in-kind contribution;
   2. (2) A description of the in-kind contribution; and
   3. (3) The aggregate amount of in-kind contributions made in the election cycle from the central committee of the political party.
