1. A. Unless a campaign finance entity has a waiver from the electronic filing requirement, the treasurer shall:

   1. (1) Complete the affidavit using the Internet form provided by the State Board; and
   2. (2) Sign and submit the affidavit using the electronic signature password issued by the State Board.

2. B. If a campaign finance entity that has a waiver from the electronic filing requirement, the treasurer may:

   1. (1) File the affidavit electronically as provided under §A of this regulation without losing its electronic filing waiver; or
   2. (2) File, sign, and mail or hand deliver the affidavit on the paper form prescribed by the State Board.
