1. A. Required. The election director shall:

   1. (1) Document the entire recount process using a recount log; and
   2. (2) Document the tally process for each contest using precinct tally sheets and contest tally sheets.
2. B. Forms. The recount log and the tally sheets shall be in the forms specified by the State Board.
