1. A. Demonstration Ballot to Be Available.

   1. (1) The local board shall provide each voting location with an adequate supply of demonstration ballots and instructions for election judges to demonstrate how to vote.

   2. (2) The demonstration ballot shall be:

      1. (a) The ballot used for voter outreach;
      2. (b) A specimen ballot for that voting location; or
      3. (c) Sample ballot screens identical to those that will appear on the ballot marking device in that voting location.
2. B. Display of Ballot Contents. Each voting location shall display a list of all candidates and questions appearing on the ballot.

3. C. Instructions to Voter.

   1. (1) At the request of a voter and in accordance with the election judges’ manual, an election judge shall instruct the voter on how to mark or cast a ballot.
   2. (2) The judges’ manual shall include procedures for instructing voters on how to use the ballot marking device.
4. D. Providing Supplies. An election judge shall provide each voter marking a ballot manually with an acceptable writing device approved by the voting system’s manufacturer.
