1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Previously served” means an election judge who:

      1. (a) Was previously appointed in accordance with Election Law Article, §10-203, Annotated Code of Maryland;
      2. (b) Completed a term of office; and
      3. (c) Served in the capacity of an election judge during the term of office in the immediately preceding Statewide primary, general, or special election.
   2. (2) “Term of office” means the time from appointment to the office of election judge through the Tuesday that is 13 weeks before the next Statewide primary election.
