The notice to be provided under Regulation .01B of this chapter:

1. A. Shall include prominent notices posted at the affected polling places; and

2. B. May include:

   1. (1) Television, radio, and newspaper announcements and advertisements;
   2. (2) Information in the specimen ballot; and
   3. (3) Postings on the Internet.
