Definitions.

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
1. (1) “Department” means the Maryland Department of Aging.
2. (2) “Program” means the Senior Call-Check Service and Notification Program.
3. (3) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Aging.
