1. A. Regulation .02 of this chapter is applicable to a person who acts as an insurer in this State, including dental plan organizations, fraternal benefit societies, health maintenance organizations, and nonprofit health service plans.
2. B. Regulations .03 and .04 of this chapter are applicable to a person who acts as an insurer in this State, including dental plan organizations, fraternal benefit societies, health maintenance organizations, nonprofit health service plans, and accredited reinsurers.
