The hospital shall have the ability 24 hours a day to perform laboratory and diagnostic services within 45 minutes of written order including, but not limited to:

1. A. A complete blood count;
2. B. Blood chemistries;
3. C. Coagulation studies;
4. D. Troponin;
5. E. Electrocardiograms; and
6. F. Chest radiographs.
