The hospital shall have patient treatment and care documents as specified in COMAR 30.08.05.19 with the addition of:

1. A. Resuscitation and treatment protocols/guidelines for traumatic brain injury; and
2. B. Resuscitation and treatment protocols/guidelines for spinal cord injury.
