MIEMSS shall provide regional EMS councils:

1. A. Administrative and programmatic support;
2. B. Assistance in implementing projects sponsored by MIEMSS and the regional councils;
3. C. Regular communications about State EMS activities;

4. D. Technical assistance in developing the following materials related to the delivery of emergency medical services:

   1. (1) Guidelines;
   2. (2) Models;
   3. (3) Procedures;
   4. (4) Manuals; and
   5. (5) Summary reports on EMS activities in each region.
