1. A. In each region, a regional EMS council shall advise MIEMSS and EMS operational programs in that region on matters concerning the delivery of emergency medical services.
2. B. Each region shall appoint members to serve on its regional EMS council according to the by-laws of the regional council.

3. C. The members shall include representatives in the region from:

   1. (1) Jurisdictional EMS operational programs;
   2. (2) Commercial ambulance services;
   3. (3) Local governments;
   4. (4) Public safety answering points;
   5. (5) Hospital administration;
   6. (6) Dispatch centers; and

   7. (7) The following providers:

      1. (a) Volunteer EMS;
      2. (b) Career EMS;
      3. (c) Medical directors; and
      4. (d) Nurses.
