1. A. The State is organized in five regions to coordinate EMS activities.

2. B. Region I consists of:

   1. (1) Allegany County; and
   2. (2) Garrett County.

3. C. Region II consists of:

   1. (1) Frederick County; and
   2. (2) Washington County.

4. D. Region III consists of:

   1. (1) Baltimore City;
   2. (2) Anne Arundel County;
   3. (3) Baltimore County;
   4. (4) Carroll County;
   5. (5) Harford County; and
   6. (6) Howard County.

5. E. Region IV consists of:

   1. (1) Caroline County;
   2. (2) Cecil County;
   3. (3) Dorchester County;
   4. (4) Kent County;
   5. (5) Queen Anne's County;
   6. (6) Somerset County;
   7. (7) Talbot County;
   8. (8) Wicomico County; and
   9. (9) Worchester County.

6. F. Region V consists of:

   1. (1) Calvert County;
   2. (2) Charles County;
   3. (3) Montgomery County;
   4. (4) Prince George's County; and
   5. (5) St. Mary's County.
