1. A. The EMS Board shall establish standard curricula and learning objectives for the EMD education programs.
2. B. Each EMD course shall prepare the student for entry-level practice.

3. C. The amount of time devoted to the delivery of the EMD course may vary depending on the students' ability to demonstrate proficiency in the educational objectives utilizing:

   1. (1) Written examinations;
   2. (2) Oral examinations; and
   3. (3) Practical examinations.
