1. A. Each EMD education program shall maintain accurate and appropriate records of:

   1. (1) Students;
   2. (2) Faculty; and

   3. (3) Courses including:

      1. (a) Course statistics; and
      2. (b) Demographics of applicants.
2. B. Records shall be maintained for at least 5 years following course completion in a manner to prevent loss, destruction, or unauthorized use.
