1. A. Each EMD education program shall have written criteria for:

   1. (1) Admission;
   2. (2) Frequent evaluation of each student during the course of study including evaluation of competency in providing patient care;

   3. (3) Student requirements for:

      1. (a) Attendance;

      2. (b) Educational performance including:

         1. (i) Attitudes;
         2. (ii) Knowledge; and
         3. (iii) Skills; and
      3. (c) Behavior;

   4. (4) Student access to program information including:

      1. (a) Fees;
      2. (b) Requirements;
      3. (c) Policies;
      4. (d) Procedures; and
      5. (e) Support services;

   5. (5) Selection of:

      1. (a) A medical director;
      2. (b) A program coordinator;
      3. (c) Faculty; and
      4. (d) Other necessary personnel;
   6. (6) Nondiscrimination and fair practices with regard to students, faculty and program personnel; and
   7. (7) Review and improvement of the effectiveness of student evaluation techniques.
