The Commission shall receive and review proposals for development by local and State agencies, including:

1. A. Consistency certifications as described in COMAR 27.02.02.02B;
2. B. Requests for general approval as described in COMAR 27.02.03.01B;
3. C. Proposals for major development as described in COMAR 27.02.04.02C;
4. D. Proposals for development on State-owned lands as described in COMAR 27.02.05; and
5. E. Requests for conditional approval as described in COMAR 27.02.06.
