- A. An individual who violates any provision of Environment Article, §9-11A, Annotated Code of Maryland, or any provision of these regulations shall be subject to a penalty pursuant to Environment Article, §9-11A-22 and §9-11A-23, Annotated Code of Maryland.
- B. Each on-site sewage disposal system that an individual knowingly inspects without a valid on-site wastewater property transfer inspection license constitutes a separate violation.
- C. Any administrative penalty collected by the Board under this chapter shall be paid into the On-Site Wastewater Professionals Fund established under Environment Article, §9-11A-11, Annotated Code of Maryland.
