- A. The permit area shall include any area which will be mined to produce additional materials for backfilling and grading.
- B. The mining and reclamation plan shall provide that if settling occurs additional backfilling shall be performed.
- C. If the postmining land use includes roads, building sites, or other improvements, the mining and reclamation plan shall require compaction of the fill materials in conformance with good engineering practice.
