All signs and markers shall:

1. A. Be posted and maintained by the permittee;
2. B. Be easily seen and read, and of a uniform design throughout the operation;
3. C. Be made of durable material;
4. D. Conform to local ordinances and codes; and
5. E. Be maintained during the conduct of all activities to which they pertain.
