1. A. In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Distribute” means to place children's products into the Maryland stream of commerce to be sold or offered for sale in Maryland.
   2. (2) “Distributor” means a person who places children's products into the Maryland stream of commerce to be sold or offered for sale in Maryland.
   3. (3) “Import” means to bring children's products from a foreign or external source into the Maryland stream of commerce to be sold or offered for sale in Maryland.
