- A. This chapter provides definitions of terms, general standards, and overview information applicable to this subtitle.
- B. This subtitle sets forth the regulations that govern the management of radioactive hazardous substances (RHS).
- C. Nothing in this chapter releases the radioactive hazardous substances generator (RHSG) from requirements prescribed in COMAR 26.13.01—26.13.13, 26.11.01.21, 26.12.01.01, or any other applicable state, federal, or local law or regulation.
