A. A person subject to this chapter shall maintain the following records for at least 5 years:
- (1) Copies of the annual reports submitted to the Department pursuant to Regulation .05 of this chapter;
- (2) All material received, reviewed, generated, or used to complete the report; and
- (3) Any additional information requested by the Department.
- B. A person shall provide, by request of the Department, the records required under this regulation.
