Each department, agency, and instrumentality of the federal government shall comply with the general conformity requirements of 40 CFR Part 93, Subpart B, as amended, which is incorporated by reference. This regulation addresses and replaces the requirements at 40 CFR §93.151 for a revision to the Maryland State Implementation Plan.
