The owner or operator of a batch type hot-dip galvanizing installation shall provide to the Department, as part of the annual permit-to-operate application, a complete listing of all fluxes used at the galvanizing installation during the previous calendar year. The listing shall include the type of flux, manufacturer's identification, chemical composition, and the amount consumed for that year.
