1. A. A person shall only store OCS at an OCS facility covered under an Individual Oil Operations Permit.
2. B. An owner, an operator, and a person in charge of an OCS facility may not accept OCS for storage or treatment without first obtaining an Individual Oil Operations Permit in accordance with Regulations .04 and .05 of this chapter and COMAR 26.10.01.09 and .11.
3. C. Before beginning a pilot project to treat OCS, a person shall obtain an OCS treatment approval from the Department in accordance with Regulation .16 of this chapter.
