- A. Submission of a Notice of Intent signifies that the signatory party intends to be authorized to operate a natural wood waste recycling facility.
- B. Becoming a permittee under the general permit obligates the person or business entity, or both the person and business entity, to comply with the terms and conditions of the general permit.
- C. Coverage under the general permit does not affect the length of the original term under a previously issued individual permit.
- D. The NOI shall be signed by a responsible party and shall be sent by certified mail.
- E. A person signing an NOI shall certify that the facility is in compliance with the conditions of the general permit.
