Renewal of Expired Authorization.

- A. A written application for renewal of an existing license or approval shall be submitted 90 days before the expiration date of the authorization.
B. A person whose authorization has expired following submission to the Department of a timely and complete renewal application may continue to conduct the authorized activity until the Department takes final action on the application, if the Department determines that the:
- (1) Person is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the expired authorization; and
- (2) Department, through no fault of the person seeking approval, has not taken final action on the application on or before the expiration date of the authorization.
