Within 60 days after the completion of the work under a permit, the holder of the permit shall submit to the Department, for permanent record, a copy of the plans, with a certification satisfactory to the Department, that shows the work as built, or a certification satisfactory to the Department that the work was built in accordance with the original plans approved by the Department.
