- A. The Department shall establish and maintain a stormwater pollution control project priority list.
B. The selection criteria for grant awards shall provide the basis for developing the project priority list. These criteria shall include:
- (1) The local water quality impacts caused by existing stormwater runoff conditions;
- (2) Previous efforts expended to correct any existing stormwater problem;
- (3) The level of pollution control provided by a proposed project;
- (4) Over-all project cost;
(5) The applicant's ability and commitment to:
- (a) Inspect and review construction performance,
- (b) Provide the 25 percent match through funds or in-kind services and fulfill all grant conditions,
- (c) Assure accountability for all funds awarded;
- (6) Innovative or alternative nature of the project;
- (7) Public visibility of the completed project.
